RESDAIRY BOOKINGS
We kindly request to hold your card details during the booking process to secure your table. In the case that you cancel your table 24 hours in advance, we will not charge your credit card. On the contrary, if you cancel your table less than 24 hours in advance or not show up for your table, we will charge £10 per person to your credit card. If you are more that 15 mins late for your table Resdiary will cancel your booking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL LIABILITY: PB Devco and its associated venues will not be liable for failure to provide advertised services in the following circumstances; a) destruction or damage to the venue, b) industrial action by employees, or staff of a major supplier, c) any other matter out with their control.
PB Devco will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of belongings that may occur within the venues.
SMOKING POLICY
By law, all of PB Devco venues are non-smoking. Any persons caught smoking on the premises will be removed and receive a fine.
DRUGS POLICY
PB Devco has a zero tolerance regarding drug use on the premises and any person caught using or in possession of drugs will be reported to the police.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The management teams of PB Devco venues reserve the right of admission at all times. The following PB Devco venues are over 18s venues: College, 21 Crimes, Queen Vic, and The Howff. The following venues allow under 18s on the premises until 10pm if they are accompanied by an adult and are having a meal: Soul and Vovem Meat & Liquor. The management and licensed security door stewards have complete authority to deny access or evict any customer they feel is under the influence of too much alcohol, underage, or of an undesirable nature to be within the venue. These decisions are final and non-negotiable.

PB Devco venues adhere to all current local and national licensing laws and regulations.

SPECIALS
Each special is valid on the days specified only. Some dates may not apply; ask a member of staff for details. Please specify when ordering your meal if you intend to apply one of our specials to your order. Vovem reserves the right to cancel or amend its specials at any time.

Offer is only valid for select sirloin or ribeye steaks. Additional sides and sauces may be added from the main menu for additional charge. Available all day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm until 9pm.
2 FOR £28 SUNDAY ROAST OFFER
Vovem Meat & Liquor offer 2 Sunday Roasts for £28 every Sunday. Only valid on Sundays; selected dates offer may not apply. Available all day while stocks last. Only valid for Sunday Roast, not applicable to any other specials. Please specify when ordering your meal if you intend to apply this offer to your order. Vovem reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time.
VOVEM GIFT VOUCHERS
Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers are subject to our terms and conditions of use. Use of your Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of these terms of use. Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The Gift Voucher expiry date will be stated on the Gift Voucher and cannot be used after that date. Only valid if Gift Voucher has a management signature. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other denomination of card. Gift Vouchers do not have a cash value and no change will be given. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions or coupons. Gift Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without the consent of PB Devco. If PB Devco does provide consent, then such consent may be subject to terms and conditions. Vovem Meat & Liquor and PB Devco reserve the right to update and change the terms of use of our gift vouchers at any time, any updates or changes will be published on this page. Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers remain the property of Vovem Meat & Liquor/PB Devco who maintain the right to cancel the Gift Vouchers where deemed necessary. Vovem Meat & Liquor reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Vouchers as payment where it reasonably suspects the Gift Voucher may have been stolen, duplicated or forged.
CHRISTMAS MENU 2022
Festive menu bookings can be made for any time between 12 noon and 9pm throughout December with the exceptions of, Friday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd of December, when the following sittings will be available:

All festive table bookings are only available for a 2.5h period, constraints are possible on quieter days or by prior Management approval. Time constraints will still apply even if your party arrives late for your sitting. We require all tables to pre-order their food at least two weeks prior to their booking. All enquiries will be treated as provisional and will stay so until a deposit of £10 per person has been received to confirm the reservation. If numbers decrease prior to Monday 14th November, and the deposit has been paid, the £10 can be deducted from the final balance, however after Monday 14th November it is strictly non- refundable. We only accept deposit payments by credit card and cash.
For reservations on 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd of December, full payment is required in advance and MUST be paid a week prior to your booking.
Full payment is also non-refundable. All bills must be settled at the end of the meal unless previously agreed with Management.
Invoice facility is available, however is subject to a 10% administration charge. It is the customer’s responsibility if required, at the end of the meal, to divide their own bill between the party and not that of Vovem.
Seating requirements will try and be met but cannot be guaranteed. Groups may be split over several tables depending on individual party sizes on the day.
BOTTOMLESS BUBBLES
Available Friday to Sunday between 12:00-15:30. Top-Ups every 15mins starting from the time of reservation. Tables are booked for a maximum of 120mins only. Vovem promotes responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
